Karachi is not as peaceful as I would like... last night we went out for dinner.... and I'm sorry to say I kept expecting someone to start shooting. The man on the bike was a suspect, so was that suspicious looking man who had something in his hand- was that a gun? errm.... guess not. And NO- i am not paranoid by nature. This is what Karachi has come to - random firing, burning cars, buses...
I hate such politics. This is 2 political parties at war with each other. People say Pakistan is in deep trouble. And I agree. But I believe I could easily live in such conditions for a lifetime if the other option is losing Pakistan.
PS: It is not war between *religious* sects or parties... i wanted to clarify- but two political parties!!
